ECTOS Group

ECTOS Group is a petrochemical holding company, one of the largest producers of fuel components and liquefied gases in the Russian Federation. The volume of petrochemical products released amounts to about 1.5 million tons annually.

Companies of the Group

• ECTOSintez Joint Stock Company (ECTOS JSC) is the parent company of the Group, Moscow. Owns shares in the companies within the Group
• Uralorgsintez JSC is a petrochemical plant in Chaykovsky, Perm region. Production: LPG, MTBE, NSG, AHF, petroleum benzene and other products. Railway distance to Baltic ports is 1800 km and to Black Sea ports is 2100 km
• ECTOS-Volga OJSC is a petrochemical plant in Volzhsky, Volgograd region. Production: MTBE. Railway distance to Black Sea ports is 600 km
• EKTOHIM LLC is a trading company, Moscow. The company sells ECTOS Group products both on the domestic market and for export, and procures raw materials
• MC ECTOS Management LLC is a management company, Moscow. The company operates as the sole executive body of Uralorgsintez JSC, ECTOS-Volga JSC and EKTOHIM LLC
• ECTOS-Trans LLC is a transport company, Moscow. The company provides transportation of ECTOS Group products by railway transport

ECTOS Group products

• Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) up to 800 thousand tons annually
• Methyl-tert-butyl ether (MTBE) up to 385 thousand tons annually
• Natural stable gas (NSG) up to 110 thousand tons annually
• Aromatic hydrocarbons fraction (AHF) up to 100 thousand tons annually
• Petroleum benzene up to 90 thousand tons annually
• Other products up to 30 thousand tons annually

Main customers and consumers of ECTOS Group products

Rosneft, Gazprom, Lukoil, Gazprom Neft. Russian vertically integrated oil companies purchase MTBE produced by ECTOS Group to manufacture high-octane motor gasoline. The major international petrochemical traders, as well as foreign industrial enterprises are the buyers of ECTOS Group export products. Sales are primarily made under long-term contracts
